R.A. Shaw Designs has been providing full architectural services in the Turks & Caicos Islands since 1998 with a market niche of custom-designed single family homes and a keen emphasis on capturing the uniqueness of open tropical living that marries structure to topography, leisure space to panorama, and ventilation to comforting trade winds. Our design staff participates in the management of all projects in our design-build phased approach to project development, resulting in a team with extensive practical knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the development cycle.
Every design is based on a rich background of practical field experiences. Ronald A. Shaw, Canadian born and educated, brings 16 years of experience in the design and construction of commercial and residential projects in Southern Ontario prior to arriving in the Turks & Caicos Islands in 1996. Renowned throughout the islands for creating some of the most sophisticated and technologically advanced luxury residences in the Caribbean from preliminary conceptual designs to managing the construction phase of development.
